In a shocking incident, a woman was allegedly raped in a moving car on late Thursday night in Moti Bagh area of the national capital.
What is even more shocking is that the car in which the woman was allegedly raped had a sticker of Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on it. According to various media reports, the car belonged to a CISF constable. The police officials have managed to arrest the driver and has also taken the vehicle in possession.

This comes on the day that a 23-year-old female, Nirbhaya was beaten, gang-raped and tortured in a moving bus in which she was traveling with her friend four years ago, in 2012.
