A group of bikers from Delhi came to the rescue of this woman who was allegedly kidnapped by three men in the car. The bikers were reportedly at Dhaba when they heard the woman screaming for help. The youth chased the car and saved her from the kidnappers. A large crowd of people then gathered around the car and started throwing stones at the car.
The mob also allegedly set the car on fire. One of the three managed to flee while two of the abductors were arrested by the police. The incident took place around 9 pm when the youth were eating at a Dhaba when they heard a woman in Hyundai Accent asking for help as the car passed near Begumpur Chowk. The men got on their bikes and tried to block the car eventually forcing them to stop and let the woman out. The mob held the abductors till the police arrived on the spot.

Fire tenders had to rush to douse the raging flames after the crowd had set the car on fire. The 20-year-old woman who was kidnapped by the men told the police that she was from Mangolpuri and was known to one of the kidnappers. She was introduced to the man when she was working as a domestic help in Rohini area of Delhi. She was abducted by the men while she returning home. They had also allegedly offered her a lift.
The men started misbehaving with her when she boarded the car and rolled up the windows of the car. The victim who was in a state of shock also claimed that they tore off her clothes.
“We have registered a case under IPC sections 354B (assault or use of criminal force to woman with intent to disrobe) and 362 (abduction). We found that the woman was in touch with one of the accused,” DCP (outer) M N Tiwari was quoted as saying.
The police are currently making effort to nab the absconding man.
