Few days after the Supreme Court recommended to resolve the Ayodhya issue through dialouge, Uttar Pradesh’s newly appointed Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, may go to the town on March 27.
Before CM’s visit, the district administration of Faizabad has received the schedule and the job to take a look of the expected spots have been assigned to the Nagar Palika of Faizabad, according to a report in Times of India.
During his visit, Yogi Adityanath is expected to go to four places in Ayodhya and will meet Jagadguru Ramdineshacharya of Haridhaam Peeth who is also his old friend. He might also go to the Ram Janmabhoomi site. He will be also be visiting Hanuman Garhi and Kanak Bhavan.
Also, Yogi Adityanath during his visit to Ayodhya will meet the the successor of Ramcharan Das Paramhans of the Ramm Janmabhoomi Nyaas, Suresh Das. This is the organisation that promotes and looks after overseeing of the construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya.
However the top officials have not confirmed anything on CM’s visit to the temple town.
The development has come few day after the apex court asked both the parties to find a solution through a dialogue after hearing a petition from senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) parliamentarian Subramanian Swamy. Swamy has appealed to consider building the Ram Temple at the site of the Babri Mosque in Ayodhya.
Reacting on the development, the Babri Masjid Action Committee said, “private negotiations haven’t been possible for the last 31 years” whereas Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is in the favour of trying to reach an out-of-court settlement, ”
