Madras HC rejects plea seeking Tamil Nadu govt’s statement on Jayalalithaa’s health

The Madras High Court on Thursday dismissed a petition seeking Tamil Nadu government’s statement on ailing CM J Jayalalithaa’s health condition.

According to ANI, the court observed that it was a publicity petition.

Several rumours have been doing rounds over Jayalalithaa’s health condition.

Meanwhile, a three-member doctors team from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) will examine Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J.Jayalalithaa admitted in Apollo Hospital since last month, IANS had reported.

Jayalalithaa was admitted in Apollo Hospital on September 22 for fever and dehydration.
