As Kerala continues to battle the most devastating flood of the century, several states in India have come forward for help and are announcing relief packages for the flood-hit state. Celebrities, NGOs and citizen-help groups are joining the cause with monetary donations and supply of relief materials.
A red alert has been issued once again in 11 of the 14 districts. All three services, Navy, Air Force and Army have swung into action along with 58 teams of National Disaster Response Force.
While the rescue operations are in full swing in Kerala, anyone from outside the state can take part in flood relief campaigns through donations.
