There are beautiful plans to develop the huge land with the port. We are not giving our land to the builders and investors. We have plans to develop the area. We are making a green, smart road, three times bigger than the Marine Drive. We plan historic landmark bigger than Burj Khalifa. The plan is ready, we are waiting for the approval from the Cabinet,” Gadkari told PTI.

Burj Khalifa is currently the tallest building in the building in the world. Mumbai Port Trust is one of the biggest public land holders in Mumbai and have been in the business since 1873. The government is also planning to install a statue of the Chhatrapati Shivaji at the Mumbai sea front.
