Hitting out at Minister Arvind Kejriwal, sacked Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) member Kapil Mishra said that he will file an FIR against the Delhi Chief Minister on Tuesday. “Had I not seen you take bribe from Satyender Jain, you would not have immediately removed me from the post of the Water Minister,” he said.
Addressing a press conference on Tuesday, Mishra said: “I am writing this open letter to Arvind Kejriwal. I will be going to the CBI today. I know everything that is happening and I’m going to tell everything to the CBI everything. I will file and FIR against you today.”
“I know all your techniques, I am keeping each and every step very cautiously,” he said while reading his open letter to Arvind Kejriwal.
Apologising to his ‘mentor’ Kejriwal, Mishra said that he has got to know that the AAP chief is trying to remove him from the Delhi Assembly. Challenging him, Mishra said, “I’m ready to resign and I dare you to resign and contest elections against me from any seat. Let us face the public again.”
Facing allegations by his former aide, Arvind Kejriwal had on Monday night hinted that he would reply to the charges levelled against him by Mishra. “Truth will triumph. Its beginning will be made during the special session of the Delhi Assembly tomorrow,” Kejriwal tweeted on Monday.
The AAP’s high-powered Political Affairs Committee (PAC) chaired by Kejriwal had on Monday night suspended Mishra from the party’s primary membership. Health Minister Satyender Jain and Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia also hit back at Mishra, saying he had “lost his mental balance” and levelling “baseless allegations”.
