After months of persistently ruling radio waves with supremely long dengue speeches, and vehemently campaigning against Modi, BJP, and everything else in between – Aam Aadmi Party has lost an election, yet again. The results of Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) for 270 wards are almost all in and it looks like the mango people have rejected the ‘jhaadu’ in favour of the ‘lotus’ .
Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), the Congress are fighting it out but barely. BJP is comfortably ahead, while AAP is struggling to stay afloat. With every loss, comes a fresh batch of conspiracy theories from the Chief Minister of Delhi, and Twitter is already anticipating a barrage of them in lieu of the MCD election loss.
