One of the founder leaders of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Kumar Vishwas has refused to believe the bribery allegations levelled by ousted AAP minister Kapil Mishra against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. While speaking to the media, Vishwas asserted that his worst enemies will also refuse to believe that Arvind Kejriwal was involved in corruption.
“I can never think that Arvind Kejriwal could be involved in corruption. His enemies will also refuse to believe this,” Vishwas told the media. He further asserted that AAP was going through a tough time and that they needed the support of the people of Delhi adding that he was extremely hurt by the statements and the allegations made by Kapil Mishra.

Apart from Kumar Vishwas, Delhi’s Deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia has termed Mishra’s allegations as “baseless”. In a dramatic turn of events, Kapil Mishra asserted that he had seen Arvind Kejriwal accepting a bribe from Satyendra Jain and he had proof to prove his claims. This came a day after the Delhi Chief Minister removed Mishra as the water minister while asserting that the water management was not up to the mark.
Kapil Mishra has demanded an inquiry into the issue and has asked Arvind Kejriwal to explain where he got the money from. He has also affirmed that he would submit the required evidence to the investigation agencies adding that Satyendra Jain will be behind the bars soon.
