In the latest development in Tamil Nadu politics involving the Chief Ministerial post, AIADMK General Secretary Sasikala Natarajan refuted all the charges levelled against her by the acting CM O. Panneerselvam. At the meeting held at the AIADMK headquarters, Sasikala told MLA’s, nothing can break party’s unity and no force can break AIADMK.
In the meeting, she also claimed that she has the support of the party members and the people of the state to become the CM of Tamil Nadu and said that the party will work in path shown by Amma. She also requested cadre to stay united.

Soon after facing the revolt from sitting Chief Minister O Panneerselvam, AIADMK General Secretary V K Sasikala on February 7 claimed that all the party MLAs were with her and hence there is “no problem” in her becoming the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister. She further alleged that the main opposition DMK was behind O Panneerselvam’s revolt.
