The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) Class 12th Arts Result 2017 was declared today at 1:15 PM. The result is available on the RBSE’s official website rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in. The Board had, on May 15, declared the results for both the science and the commerce streams of the class 12 board exams in the state. Over 2,34.523 lakh candidates had registered for the examination in all streams.

According to the board, there were 5,86,312 students registered for the Class 12 humanities board examination in which 3 ,14,832 are boys and 2,71,480 are girls.

The exams were conducted from March 2- March 25, 2017. The RBSE Class 12th Arts Exam Result will also be available on examresults.net/rajasthan/. Last year, in 2016, the Rajasthan Board Senior Secondary RBSE Class 12 result was announced on 28th May.

Students, who had appeared for the RBSE Class 12 arts examination can also receive their Rajasthan Board Senior Secondary Class 12 Arts Result 2017 notification by sending an SMS to 56263.

Earlier on May 15, in Science stream 16.76 per cent students had scored more than 75 per cent marks, while in commerce stream 6.96 per cent students had scored above 75 per cent. The pass percentage for government schools was 93.09 per cent.

With the promulgation of the Rajasthan Secondary Education Act in 1957, the board was set up in Jaipur on December 4, 1957. But, it was later shifted to Ajmer in 1961. The RBSE is responsible for promotion and development of secondary education in Rajasthan.
