The future is here with Pininfarina Battista. Going at 0-99 km/hr in seconds and 299 kmph in less than 12 seconds with a top speed of over 402 kmph, Battista is said to be one of the world’s fastest cars. But its most unique feature is that it’s electric.
Italian electric luxury car maker, Automobili Pininfarina which is owned by India’s Mahindra Group unveiled the electric car at the Geneva Motor Show on Tuesday. With a brake horsepower of 1,900 which is twice more than a Formula 1 car, Battista can cover 450 km on a single charge and is Italy’s most powerful car to date. At a price of Rs 18 crore* (approx), Battista will be available for sale in 2020
