Villagers celebrating Navaratri in Gujarat’s Piparia received a scary surprise on October 15, thanks to the entry of an unexpected visitor – An eight-feet long crocodile. The reptile was spotted at the Sheri Garba venue at the site by the villagers. It soon created panic among the people. They immediately informed the forest department officials who arrived on the spot.
However, the forest officials had a tough time taming the crocodile as it kept snapping at the rescuer’s stick. It took one hour to finally calm down the animal. The crocodile was then safely taken to a nursery in Vadodara.
