This Maharashtra school for uneducated grandmothers is now co-ed

The Aajibaichi Shala — a school for grandmothers — has now gone co-ed, accepting elderly men as students. The co-ed classes at the school in Maharashtra’s Shelari village commenced on January 28. The ages of students at the school, which was founded by teacher and activist Yogendra Bangar, range from 60 to 94 years.
