To promote Krishna Bihari’s cause, many from the Ashram have joined him. Now, they manufacture pens on daily basis. Also, to keep the workers motivated, mahant and the Ashram make sure to pay them.

One of the workers said, “these pens are made using newspapers, which is better than using plastic as it does not pollute the environment.”

Krishna Bihari and his crew have made around 400 pens so far.

The mahant also said that as the government doesn’t want us to use plastic, so he is trying to make pens out of plastic as it is biodegradable. He further added, “And, it would not pollute the environment. This also provides some employment to some.”
