In a shocking incident a 26-year old women in Delhi threw off her three old son from the first storey of the building in a fit of rage on January 24.
The video of the incident captures mother taking the toddler out of her room and brutally throwing him from the stairs while other members of the family rushes to save the child.
The incident happened in the Prahaladpur area of the southeast Delhi.
The woman, Sonam Gupta had an altercation with her in-laws and when the situation got out of control she started throwing her stuff and took her son who was sleeping in the room, out of the room and threw him off stairs.
Child sustain minor injuries and is now out of danger.
Bimlesh, mother-in-law of Sonu told, “We were just talking to her and was making her understand that she should stop fighting with both me and my husband as I don’t keep well but she kept fighting with us and was adamant that she won’t let any of his husband’s relative in the house, including her sisters-in-law and their husband. She got so angry and started shouting at us and without even thinking took her son out the room and threw him off stairs.”
As per the sources, family feud is considered the reason, Sonu and Nitin got married five years ago but after few months of marriage, fights started happening between the couple and with her-in laws also. Some time ago also the fight between took an ugly turn and the matter was taken to the police station but it later got resolved
This time family members have filed a complaint against the mother and are demanding strict action against her. Police will take into consideration both the aspects: family feud and brutality of the mother.
