In the latest turn of events, Pakistan Prime Minister has announced that Pakistan will release Indian Air Force pilot (IAF) pilot Abhinandan Varthaman on Friday, as a peace gesture. Wing Commander Varthaman was taken into custody yesterday by the Pakistani Army after the MiG-21 Bison jet crashed across LoC inside Pakistan-occupied-Kashmir. Hashtag #WelcomeBackAbhinandan began trending on Twitter in no time.
