In a shocking incident, the police officials reportedly disrupted a prayer meeting attended by over 100 people in a church after allegedly received reports of forced conversion in Maharajganj area of Uttar Pradesh. Apparently, the police reached the church to probe claims of forced religious conversion by new Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath founded, Hindu Yuva Vahini.
Among the people who attended the prayer meet also included some American tourists. According to reports, the Hindu Yuva Vahini allegedly claimed that the prayer meeting was nothing but only a way to “cover” up the conversion. However, the pastor denied all the allegations and said no such thing was taking place.
