Ginger
Ginger is one of the most commonly found spices in the Indian kitchen. It packed with a number of medicinal values and it works as an elixir for headaches. It reduces the inflammation of the blood vessels in the head, reducing the pain. The best part about it is that it also works as a magic cure for nausea accompanying the migraine.
Remedy: Mix equal amounts of ginger juice and lemon juice> Drink the mixture. Alternatively, you can also mix ginger powder with water to form a paste and apply it on the forehead for instant relief.
Peppermint oil
Peppermint oil works as a wonder drug and cures headaches almost instantaneously. It contains menthol which opens up the clogged blood vessels and thus relieving the pain.
Remedy: Mix 3 drops of peppermint oil in a bowl of water> Massage your temples or back of your neck. Alternatively, you can apply crushed peppermint leaves to your forehead for instant relief.

Cinnamon

Lavender Oil

Remedy: Add 2 drops of lavender oil to 2 cups of boiling water> Inhale the steam. Alternatively, you can also add a few drops of lavender oil to your handkerchief and inhale it.

Cloves
This powerful spice is good for a lot of things. Easing toothache, boosting the immune system and controlling diabetes. It is also a good for relieving headaches.
Remedy: Crush a few cloves> Put them on a clean handkerchief> Inhale the smell. Alternatively, you can 2 drops of clove oil in a tablespoon of coconut oil and sea salt and massage your temples using it.
