Guy Tang uses Kenra Color Creative Neon Collection dye, which helps in transforming the hair into a fluorescent rainbow shade.

Earlier, this year rainbow hair was in trend. It was started by Carla Rinaldi, a senior hair colorist at London’s Not Another Salon, where she used the technique concentrates harlequin strands in one section. The usage of saturated colors makes hair look amazing. It is more like a refined version of the rainbow Snapchat filter.
