Deepika Padukone and her outfit choices have always been under a tight scrutiny of the fashion police. While the actress is not even known as a Bollywood fashionista, her outfits always made it to the headlines. From being slammed to copying other B-Town and Hollywood celebs outfits to getting trolled for her experimental looks, Deepika’s fashion journey has never been that smooth. In spite all this, the actress can be seen trying and testing many looks and has also been praised for some of her stunning choices lately. But sadly, DP is back in news and this time for repeating an outfit.

Recently, Deepika was spotted at a Mumbai restaurant wearing the same outfit that she wore a few months back to Shahid Kapoor’s pre-birthday bash. Flaunting the same old shimmery golden colour pant from Phillip Lim and H&M top, Deepika grabbed many eyeballs.

And while a lot has already been said and written about how it is not cool to repeat an outfit, we believe that it is absolutely normal and truly commendable on an actress’s part to show the world that they are also normal human beings like us. And that we need to come out of our ‘celebs should never repeat’ mindset.

In fact, apart from Deepika, actresses like Genelia D’Souza and Kangana Ranaut have time and again proved that ‘Repeating is Cool’. Also, it is very logical that when a person spends so much money on an outfit, then it is not sensible to throw it away just for the sake of fashion. Right?
