Manushi Chhillar from Haryana wins Miss India World 2017. See her unseen photos here

While Manushi Chillar won the Miss India World 2017 title, Sana Dua was crowned as the first runner-up and Priyanka Kumari became the second runner-up

Manushi Chillar has been crowned the Miss India 2017 on Sunday night. With her well-deserved win, this beautiful Haryana girl has set the internet on fire and people are curious to know more about her. The 54th Femina Miss India World 2017 was held in Mumbai at the Yash Raj Studios and it was a star-studded affair. While Karan Johar and Riteish Deshmukh hosted the event, Alia Bhatt, Sushant Singh Rajput and Ranbir Kapoor’s super entertaining performance added more glamour to the event.

This is for the first time that the beauty pageant toured 30 states across India in search of these beautiful talented girls. In fact, this is also for the first time that the contestants wore stunning Indian attires designed by Manish Malhotra at the finale. While Manushi won the title, Sana Dua from Jammu and Kashmir was crowned as the first runner-up and Priyanka Kumari from Bihar became the second runner-up.

Who is Manushi Chillar?

Born to doctor parents Manushi has done her schooling from Delhi’s St. Thomas School and has also been a part of The National School of Drama. A trained Kuchipudi dancer, the beautiful lady has also represented India at a cultural program in Japan in 2014.

For the beauty pageant, all the 30 participants were mentored by Neha Dhupia, Parvathy Omanakuttan, Waluscha De Sousa and Dipannita Sharma. And on the judging panel were Bollywood celebs like Arjun Rampal, Bipasha Basu, Manish Malhotra, Abhishek Kapoor, Vidyut Jammwal and Ileana D’Cruz among others.
