Hosted by Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan, the Star Screen Awards was a glittering affair where all the celebs were present in their most glamorous avatar. While the actresses were looking stunning, the actors looked dapper.
From Sonam Kapoor to Kriti Sanon, everyone tried to look their best. Here’s a look at the style check of these glamorous celebs.
Bollywood’s fashion lady Sonam Kapoor looked perfect in her black and white Stephane Rolland gown. Sometimes, its not about the design but the way an actress carries it. Sonam, of course, was styled by Rhea Kapoor and make-up by Namrata Soni.
At first glance, Deepika Padukone’s Gauri and Nainika gown might impress you, but it is the most distasteful dress I have ever seen. The huge flower on the top looked awkward. The look is just not fine. Deepika can certainly do better.
Sonali Bendre in her Falguni and Shane Peacock gown looked like a goddess. With her marsala shade sequined gown with wavy hair and perfect lip colour – she just nailed the look. The Farah Khan jewellery added elegance to her look.
Bipasha Basu was looking too red with her fringe Shantanu and Nkhil gown. And what grabbed our eyeballs was her red lipstick. The open and bouncy hairdo complemented her but failed to give a diva look.
Well, The newbie – Saiyami Kher, was in Dolly J lilac floral gown. Maithili Kabre earrings and her softly curled hair completed her look perfectly.
Okay, so Alia Bhatt’s look was too mediocre for her. First of all, the Sachin and Babi number horribly matched with the black pants did not suit her petite figure at all. Her makeup, especially, the eye-shadow was off beat too.
Kriti Sanon flaunted her perfect figure in a Swapnil Shinde red gown. She carried her minimalist look perfectly with the bold and sexy custom gown, mid-parted straight hair, earrings and a ring on her finger.

For Gauahar Khan, I have just one question – Why ma’am why! I’m sorry but the Avaro Figlio black shirt-style gown was just not for you.
