Leena Mogre has trained many of our Bollywood stars including Madhuri Dixit, Bipasha Basu, John Abraham, Katrina Kaif, Kangana Ranaut, Rannvijay Singha, Sameera Reddy and Jimmy Shergill among many others. You would think that these celebrities must be difficult to work with especially since they are famous. We generally assume that being famous comes with a lot of extra tantrums and demands. But defying all these assumptions Leena Mogre states that celebrities are easier to work with (in gyms) since they are completely dedicated and committed toward their fitness. Mogre is Mumbai’s leading fitness trainer and owns fitness centers in both Mumbai and Bangalore.
About training celebrities, she says in an interview with IANS, “Training celebrities is not difficult as they are very committed towards their fitness. Their schedules are sometimes tied up due to their late night shoots or outdoor shoots, but they are equally focused towards their fitness and looking their best.” She also adds that there has been a shift in the fitness field for female fitness trainers, “The fitness industry has seen a positive shift over the years especially with the active involvement of women trainers.”
“We have seen a growth in female trainers, body builders, female fitness stars with international opportunities leading onto a high demand for female fitness trainers. Today, from Pilates to yoga to Zumba, prominent female trainers are ruling the industry.”

Leena Mogre also released a book on fitness in July this year, Total Fitness, in which she dishes out the fundamental rules of eating right. According to her, the best way to maintain a fit body is make one healthy lifestyle change at a time that we can actually manage. It may show slow results but it will ensure a healthy life. Jumping into strict diet and exercise all at once is sometimes too much to handle because of which people drop out. She also says that a crash diet is a big no-no since it only increases your body fat levels in the long term.
