Leena Mogre also released a book on fitness in July this year, Total Fitness, in which she dishes out the fundamental rules of eating right. According to her, the best way to maintain a fit body is make one healthy lifestyle change at a time that we can actually manage. It may show slow results but it will ensure a healthy life. Jumping into strict diet and exercise all at once is sometimes too much to handle because of which people drop out. She also says that a crash diet is a big no-no since it only increases your body fat levels in the long term.
