If you’ve been around on Instagram long enough, you must know of their strict, borderline-prudish policy on nudity. Any content that’s even slightly sexual in nature gets taken down before you know it. ‘Nude Yoga Girl’ has managed to survive on Instagram and one look at her account will tell you exactly why.
This account features exactly what it’s name says, a nude girl performing yoga poses to incredible perfection. There is nothing about the photos that is even slightly explicit and the shots are as aesthetically taken as humanely possible. The account boasts of 538k followers and shows the extremely fit and flexible yoga practicioner performing poses in the buff. Her bio defines her as a model, photographer and yoga fan, and each of her poses exude sheer brilliance.
The photos are monochrome and completely SFW, which is very surprising when its a woman performing yoga while she is naked. While you might think nudity is what makes the account garner followers, the lady is incredibly talented and does fairly challenging yoga poses like a pro. If you do not believe us yet, take a look at some of her uber-aesthetic posts yourself.

Did I have a turning point when it came to my health? __ “When I started to eat clean and unprocessed food, it was a big change in my nutrition. Much bigger than when I stopped to eat meat. I noticed a huge difference in my skin, my energy levels, my mood and metabolism when I reduced white sugar, dairy product, gluten, additives and started to eat more real, organic, local, simply food. Getting into yoga was another thing. Nowadays yoga is more like a lifestyle for me, it has given me so much. _ What’s my number one health tip? __ “Get to know yourself well and love yourself for exactly who you are! Believe in yourself, be gentle to yourself and think you deserve good, because you really do.” __ These are a few answers from my interview with Body and Soul ._

What to focus on to succeed… _ Focus on the things you can control. _ Prioritize. Do less, focus more. You can’t do everything so choose carefully. Choose according to your target – what is important to you. Focus means that you can say no. _ Close off negative energy. Focus on the good in yourself and others. Don’t focus on what you lose but what you gain. _ Focus on what YOU want. But focus to listen to others, whenever they don’t have an opinion about your choices. _ Make a decision and create a vision. Focus to hold on to the end result. But focus your thoughts and power in making the change and not on the possible result. _ Focus on giving and not competing, then life will be better. Focus on the new, not the old. _ Don’t be distracted from failure or challenges. Take a break and rest when you feel like it, so you can find back your power to focus again. _ Do visualization exercises, see yourself already there. Discover your path, flow, your own thing. Find it by focusing on your breathing and listen to your intuition. _ Focus on the moment, wherever you are. Focus and be present. _ Focus on what you want because you get what you focus on. _ _And continue until you achieved it. _ #NaturelYoGa

My last caption continues: “How has yoga affected my mind and thoughts…” _ A person can affect everything_- I believe it more strongly. _ In addition I’m wondering more often that life is amazing with all it’s nuances. More often I stop to think about all of this. _ I can love myself fully and my body is the first time enough. Not in a selfish way but so that I want be me. I no longer want to be someone else, something more perfect… Something that I could. I don’t think any more so restrictively. _ I know who I want to be. I live so that I’m that. But I am what I am and that’s enough. I know that there is no imperfection. Or perfection._But Instead there is peace about what is: humanity, uniqueness, learning. There is, what you determine yourself. _ Life seems to really be here and now, and I am proud that I can let go more often. I think “whatever” when I have to exceed myself or when I look at my swollen face after a restaurant dinner. But I will take better responsibility about the environment, animals and other people. I’ve learned to know life better in moments, breaths and silence – not just in goals, hopes and dreams. _ It seems that yoga has affected my mind and my thoughts the most by calming and liberating them … It’s easier and more relaxed for me to just be, at least more often. At least after a yoga practice. _ I notice that I’m more as “one” with nature and other people, closer to the point of life. I have found a better connection with myself and I want to help others. It seems that the materialistic things have less and less value. I want to use my life to do something good … The changes that yoga has brought into my life have helped me to be present, to think more broadly, be more aware, and to love more. Sounds maybe very hippie but I’m just at beginning my journey. _ _
