Sunny Leone never fails to disappoint us when it comes to fitness. The secret behind her curves is nothing but her rigorous fitness regime. It won’t be wrong to say that Sunny Leone loves to remain fit and we can see that with her stunning Instagram pictures. Earlier, Sunny has released her workout DVD titled ‘Super Hot Sunny Mornings’ and these are really not easy to do these exercises at home. Currently busy with the shooting of 10th season of Splitsvilla, Sunny tries to take out some time for the workout.

Sunny Leone keeps herself fit with her 30-45 minute cardio which is a mix of yoga and weight training. Even in one of her interviews, she revealed that she loves doing hot yoga. She further said that she is into spinning and yoga and tries to mix them up. While speaking on her daily diet, she said that she has a cook who makes healthy meals. Every day, she gives him recipes and he makes it.

Recently, the Laila o Laila star shared a video where she is seen doing an asana. Leading fitness expert & life coach Jillian Michaels’ this asana can make anybody sweat.
