1 Apple
1 Banana
½ cup Rolled oats
1 Tablespoon Baking powder
Whey protein powder (Pick any flavour of your choice)
1/4 cup ground almonds and walnuts
2 Tablespoon Cinnamon powder
2 eggs
2 Tablespoon milk
Waffle iron

Let’s begin the process
Step 1: Create a thick batter from all the ingredients by blending them together in a food processor.
Step 2: Heat your waffle iron. Now add some low-calorie cooking spray to it.
Step 3: Put the prepared batter into the waffle iron.
Step 4: Bake until done, it usually takes 7 to 10 minutes.

Note 1: Pay extra attention to the batter, it should not look like a baby mush
