The word fast food is associated with the food that is full of calories and sugar and harms our body. But do you know that fast food has some healthy options too? Healthy fast food basically means food which is low in calories and in sugar, contains no trans fat or sodium, and also offers a decent combination of macro nutrients.
Here we present you the list of three such options, so that the next time when you crave for some fast food, this post can help you make some healthier choices.
All these options contain about 500 calories or less, at least 10 grams of protein, less than 1,000 milligrams of sodium, less than 20 grams of sugar and zero trans fat. And remember, water is the best drink to have any time of the day!
Note: To avoid intake of extra calories, say a big no to any side orders like French fries or sugary drinks.
