Head to Gujarat Bhawan to have a wholesome meal. The menu is not extremely light but the variety of food served in the thali in enough to make two people adjust their belts. The Gujarati Dal, Thepla, Chewda, Farsan, Bhakadwadi are a must try when you visit this place.

The canteen here is run by better known Bengali caterers Bijoli Grill at Dilli Haat. They serve exquisite and mouth watering Bengali dishes here like kosha mangsho and luchi. Other must try food items include fish delicacies such as pabda, ilish and chittal, Aloo Posto and Aloo Dum. Finish it off with a bowl of Bengal’s mishti doi.

Jammu and Kashmir House
If you visit Jammu and Kashmir house, be ready for a little surprise since they don’t have a fixed menu. Instead, they write the menu for the day on a little chalk board. If you are lucky, you might even get to taste their rogan josh and experience heaven i.e. soft, tender mutton melting in your mouth.
