Agree or not, but we all love munching on KFC burgers and chicken popcorns at least once in a week. While a majority of us doesn’t even know the full form of it, we are totally in love with the variety of food they offer. And it won’t be wrong to say that the company always comes up with new campaigns to woo people. Firstly it was the ‘Gamer Box’ and now the ‘One Click Button’. And to make your food ordering experience better, we have reviewed the device for you.
So what is the KFC One Click Button?
This small device is invented to make your online food orders more convenient. After setting up the device all you need to do is click the button every time you want to eat from KFC and your order will be placed immediately with just one click. Simple, right?
How does it work?
Firstly, you need to connect the button to your WiFi. Once it is done, go to KFC’s website and register the button ID that is written on the back of the device and your mobile number.
After this, you will have to select your favourite menu and will have to set a delivery address. Viola! You are done with the process. And from now on whenever you will press the button your ‘favourite menu’ order will be placed immediately to the nearest outlet and to confirm it an SMS will be sent to you and you will need to respond by replying ‘1’ and your order will be placed successfully.

How can I get this?
Well, this one click button is a promotional campaign and only 2000 lucky winners will receive it through a contest.

Pros and Cons
Though a catchy promotional initiative by the company, it failed to impress us. No matter how much they say ‘your order is just a click away’, for some reason I still feel it is almost the same as placing your order online. Secondly, you can only select one favourite menu at a time which means it is perfect for the people who don’t change their menu at all. For eg. If my menu is preset for a burger and the next time I want to have hot wings, then I will have to go back to the app and set the menu again, which is obviously annoying and doesn’t serve the purpose much.

The verdict
Personally, I didn’t find it much useful, but yes, if you are one of those who sticks to their favourite food item no matter what happens, then you should definitely participate in the contest to win your very own one click button.
