Winter is here and it’s time to binge on delicious food, and by that, we mean fattening food we’d normally avoid. Be it eating hot momos with red spicy chutney and mayonnaise or dunking a steaming desi burger in sauce, winter food is all about junk food. So, after steamed, tandoori and fried momos, we bring you another delicious addition for your party menu: crispy Kurkure momos.
Available in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian versions, Kurkure momos run on a concept similar to what KFC offers. Kurkure momos are crispy from outside and soft and juicy from inside. And the best part is they are very easy to make at home. Check out the quick recipe here:

Steamed (pre-made) momos
Crispy mixture: cornflakes + cornflour + all-purpose flour
Method:
- Marinate steamed momos for 5 minutes
- Dip it into crispy mixture
- Deep fry until golden brown
- Serve hot with mayonnaise and chilli sauce
