For eg: What is an infinity stone? Who has been doing what recently? What is the current state of the Avengers initiative after Captain America: Civil War?
Bucky has been hidden away in Wakanda, where does that leave Iron Man and his team? Are they still blood-thirsty for the Winter Soldier? What happens when Thanos comes down? Where are the infinity stones and who holds them as of now? Who risks maximum exposure?
It’s understandable why you wouldn’t have enough time to go back and watch all of the 18 movies leading up to this monumental event in film history. So here’s a video by Looper, that is the cheat sheet you need to recap through everything in the preceding 18 films and the comic books to arrive at what’s really at stake with Thanos.
If you do sit down and plan to binge through all the films, you’ll need to be up for nearly 34 hours straight. God bless you, if you’re able to steamroll everything between Jon Favreau’s Iron Man (2008) to Ryan Coogler’s Black Panther (that released earlier this year, and won at everything!) one after the other.
But if you’re not, this video should take care of everything you need reminding of, before Avengers: Infinity War.
Just a heads up, if you’re still sitting peacefully and deciding whether to watch the film on Friday night or Saturday morning – find those seats. Avengers: Infinity War seems to be another incarnation of Baahubali, where the hype is TOO MAACH!
