Shah Rukh Khan-starrer Raees and Kaabil featuring Hrithik Roshan that released on January 25, have been doing well at the box office. Both the films have also earned positive reviews from the critics and fans. Both the stars are on cloud nine over the performance of their respective films.
Amitabh Bachchan, who played dad to SRK and Hrithik in Karan Johar’s Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham 15 years ago, watched both the films. Originally hailed as Bollywood’s angry young man, Big B gave his feedback to the stars which must have left them awestruck.
“T 2515 – Congratulations Shahrukh .. RAEES .. loved your anger in it !!” Bachchan wrote on his Twitter handle. It should be mentioned that SRK plays a bootlegger in the Rahul Dholakia directorial venture, who later goes on to become a dreaded don. As far as the trailer is concerned, SRK has mesmerised the fans with intense looks. Besides Khan, the gangster drama also features Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Mahira Khan, Mohammad Zeeshan Ayyub and Atul Kulkarni. Sunny Leone appears in a dance number Laila Main Laila, which has created a lot of buzz. The film has raked in around Rs 46 crore within two days of its release. A compliment coming from Bollywood’s original angry young man must have made the day for King Khan.

Meanwhile, Big B also watched Hrithik Roshan’s Kaabil and liked it as well. He expressed his appreciation for the star on Twitter.

Directed by Sanjay Gupta, the film has Hrithik playing a blind man named Rohan Bhatnagar. The revenge thriller also stars Yami Gautam, Ronit Roy, Rohit Roy and Narendra Jha in pivotal roles.
