Former England footballer David Beckham and former Sweden footballer Zlatan Ibrahimovic have agreed on the terms of the bet ahead of the quarter-final clash between the two teams on July 7. Beckham and Ibrahimovic maybe away from the action of FIFA World Cup 2018, but are still making headlines with their Twitter conversation.
While Beckham hung up his boots after winning a title for Paris Saint Gobain (PSG) in 2013, Ibrahimovic is playing for LA Galaxy. Here’s the Twitter conversation, confirming the bet ahead of the high voltage match between the two teams.

England has made it to the quarter-finals of the World Cup after 12 years. Many have speculated that this is England’s best chance to win the trophy after a long gap of 52 years. England won their maiden World Cup title by 4-2 in a controversial final. #itscominghome has been trending on Twitter for a while now.
Sweden, on the other hand, has been a giant killer since the World Cup qualifiers. They entered the tournament without their star forward Ibrahimovic. In the group stages, Sweden outclassed Mexico followed by a win against Switzerland in the round of 16 to reach the quarter-finals.

As far as rankings are concerned, Sweden is ranked 24th whereas England is placed at 12th spot. Their striker Harry Kane has been in phenomenal form of late. England is yet to lose a single game in this tournament. They were able to get the better of every team they faced in group stages.
