Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) are set to face a confident Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) at their home ground, Eden Gardens, Kolkata. It is expected to be a be a high-voltage competition between the two teams who are in the top four of Indian Premier League (IPL) points table.
We ran a poll on our Facebook page to know which team is more favoured to win the match. According to fans, KXIP are edging past KKR by a slight margin as the audience must have voted after considering Gayle’s destructive form. The Windies opener has scored a century and a half-century in just two matches already.

Ankit Rajpoot is playing his first match of the season. He will be playing against his ex-team KKR. Aaron Finch has been given another chance by Ashwin. Maybe his performance in the last match helped Ashwin ignore his golden ducks in first two matches.
Dinesh Karthik has not made any changes in his side. They won their previous match against Rajasthan Royals quite easily and will be looking to do that once again.
