Shraddha Kapoor has been one of the fittest actresses in the Bollywood industry. She is one fit actress who never misses an opportunity to workout. Her zeal to attain a fab body is quite evident, thanks to her Instagram account where she uploads a lot of her workout videos. The actress is fitter than ever and is working really hard to maintain her perfectly toned body frame.

How it started

Blessed with a lean body, Shraddha has always been health conscious, thanks to her fitness enthusiast dad Shakti Kapoor. The actress never went to a gym when she was a teenager but was always involved in sports and other activities while in school to keep herself fit.

The exercise routine

Shraddha doesn’t believe in following the same routine daily. Her workout regime is a combination of cardio, interval training, strength training, yoga, crossfit and dance. The actress starts her day by meditating for 10 minutes. Shraddha Kapoor hits the gym 3-4 times a week and when not in the gym, the actress prefers to dance it out at her home. She loves to dance and mixes some cardio and weight lifting exercises with her dance steps to keep herself it. Shraddha calls it ‘dancercise’. Her other exercises include:

It’s all about a balanced diet

Shraddha Kapoor believes in having healthy food and avoids eating junk and oily food items. She drinks a lot of water to stay hydrated all day and prefers eating home cooked food. But the actress believes that having one cheat day a week is very important to follow the diet regularly.
