Shraddha Kapoor has been one of the fittest actresses in the Bollywood industry. She is one fit actress who never misses an opportunity to workout. The actress starts her day by meditating for 10 minutes. Shraddha Kapoor hits the gym 3-4 times a week and when not in the gym, the actress prefers to dance it out at her home. Shraddha Kapoor believes in having healthy food and avoids eating junk and oily food items. She drinks a lot of water to stay hydrated all day and prefers eating home cooked food. But the actress believes that having one cheat day a week is very important to follow the diet regularly.
She never forgets to include an equal portion of carbs and proteins in her everyday diet and does not neglect the importance of good fats and fiber for the body.
