According to the reports published by a leading daily, a source revealed that Sunny called Ajay before signing Si3. The source said, “but before signing the film, Sunny called Ajay and told him he is doing it. He also told Ajay he won’t use the name Singham anywhere. Ajay was cool with it.
As Rohit Shetty and Ajay Devgn hold the official IPR for the title Singham, Jayantilal Gada from Pen would be remaking the film with a different title. Rohit Shetty and Ajay in the past confirmed that Singham 3 would be an original script and not a remake of films made down south.
