A heated argument between Sapna Chaudhary and Zubair Khan was cut short earlier on the day 2 of the show as Bigg Boss gave its first wake-up call of the season. ‘Mere Samne Wali Khidki Mein’ from the movie Padosan was played by Bigg Boss to wake the already awake contestants up. The whole of the house started dancing instantly.

While the day started with a musical wake-up call, it ended with a hearty birthday celebration for Hina Khan and Benafsha Soonawalla. Bigg Boss sent the housemates a cake to mark the day for the ladies. Everyone was dancing with joy when the phone rang with a call from the ‘padosis’. While the housemates were expecting that the neighbours will ask them to send the cake to them, they surprised the housemates by simply wishing the girls and disconnecting the call.

Bigg Boss has released a mandate that the ‘padosis’ can get all of their work done by the housemates. They will only be interacting via a phone. Luv Tyagi was shown making several calls the house in the episode. First, he called them to order food, water, and utensils for six people. When the housemates forgot to send the spoons, he called them once again and ended up fighting with Vikas Gupta. He also called up to wish Hina and Benafsha for their birthday.

The fight which was cut short by Salman Khan on the welcome stage ensued between Vikas Gupta and Shilpa Shinde inside the house. Earlier in the morning of day 2, Shilpa was seen trying to clarify her side of the story to Vikas who lost his temper and called Shilpa ‘psycho’ and a ‘mentally challenged person’. The war of words ended with Shilpa moving away with tears in her eyes.
