After all the hullabaloo epicentering around the highly-talked about Facebook post of Virat Kohli on Valentine’s day, we are just getting inputs that Virat Kohli has deleted the post that went viral instantly after being posted. Many media houses carried this story and did magical business on digital platforms on V-day.
Virat Kohli trends with whatever he does on and off the field. His relationship is bound to create huge hue and cry as his love-flame Anushka Sharma is one of the leading Bollywood stars in the country. The incident we are focusing on is the fact that Virat Kohli deleted the lovely Valentine’s day message he wrote on his Facebook page about his alleged girlfriend, Anushka Sharma.
The V-day message in question is when Virat on the occasion wrote, “Everyday is a valentine day if you want it to be. You make everyday seem like one for me.” He also used a couple of emojis of heart symbols in the tweet, which created a strong buzz yesterday.
While everybody was crashing over them, perhaps something went wrong and Virat removed the post from Facebook. However, it’s still there on Instagram but we wonder what made Virat remove the post from Facebook. Strange enough!
Seems like his love was just curated for the Instagrammers since he has also removed the cute message from Twitter.
A more sane approach to the whole buzz points towards the fact that in this digital world of overwhelming social media platforms, people often link their one social account to another to save posting the same update over again. Perhaps, that’s what happened with Virat Kohli, who wanted to restrict the special post to a specific set of audience.
On the work front, Anushka Sharma was last seen in Ae Dil Hai Mushkil and she will be next appearing in her home production film, Phillauri. The film also casts Diljit Dosanjh in the lead role and Anushka plays the character of a ghost!
