Indian coach Anil Kumble is known to be a reserved person but not on this occasion. Since he has become the coach of the Indian cricket team, something has happened and he does not seem to be the same Anil Kumble we are familiar with. After the Bengaluru Test there were reports of him barging into match referee Chris Broad’s hotel room seeking a reply to the entire DRS episode. Today, in an interview to Australian media, Anil Kumble has apparently asked Virat Kohli and his boys to continue the same aggressive attitude on-the field.
In the interview he said, “You don’t want to curb any natural instincts of the players”.

He also added, “As long as they go out there and do what is expected of them, there is absolutely no issues with that”.
Talking about players and the sport at large he further added, “But every player has his own way of having a game face and that’s what you want – it’s an international sport and you want everyone to go out there and show what they are capable of.”
He also spoke on the importance of the ongoing series, he said, “This is a very important series, it is 1-all and obviously both teams will come hard in this game and I am sure cricket will be the winner”.
In under 24 hours from now chapter three of this epic rivalry will begin at Ranchi and it promises to be nothing short of a humdinger.
