"Are you a Muslim?" fan asks David Hussey. His reply is epic

"Are You A Muslim?"To this frantic question, David Hussey was calm and somber in his reply, befitting his image

Here in this piece we are focusing on an incident when a fan asked David Hussey, if he is a Muslim. The reply is bound to numb you and throw light on the individual David Hussey is. This freak happened after Sussex Cricketer Ajmal Shahzad posted a message on the occasion of Eid. David Hussey is an Australian middle-order batsman, who is known for his consistency. He also chips in with the ball, when required but that is not his primary role in the team. Hussey represented Australia in 69 ODIs and 39 T20 internationals where he scored 1, 796 and 746 runs respectively. He has also played in the cash-rich Indian Premier League, representing teams like Kolkata Knight Riders and Kings XI Punjab as well.

This is what his tweet read, “Eid Mubarak over the next couple of days for all the Muslim brother and sisters. This includes my Aussie brother @DavidHussey29 #blessedday.”

By the looks of it, it is a normal greeting from the cricketer, who is currently in the United Kingdom playing the County Championship for Sussex.

Eid is a Muslim festival celebrated all across the globe with great joy and fervour. But the Ramzan month is difficult because as one fasts all-day and can only eat after sunset and before sunrise.

So, Ajmal wished his Muslim brothers and sisters on the occasion. He also wished David Hussey who is his teammate at Sussex, so what is wrong in that? Strange. That is when a person, a fan we suppose made a comment asking, ‘Is David Hussey a Muslim?’ That was what triggered things.

To this frantic question, David was calm and somber in his reply, befitting his image. “No, just a fan of everyone and hope that everyone is happy and well. @AJShahzad is was a team mate and opposition player and now friend,” pat came the reply.
