Ravindra Jadeja, who is a part of the Indian cricket team is in England in the quest to defend its title it won in 2013. Today, they take on Sri Lanka to secure themselves a semi final berth. For Sri Lanka it is a must-win, where they will have to play out of their skins to challenge India who are in red-hot form. Ravindra Jadeja, who got married not so long ago is now a father of a baby girl just ahead of the India Sri Lanka clash. Jadeja has been in good form with the bat and the ball and today is an integral part of the Indian cricket team.
Jadeja said in an interview to Star Sports, “I had to leave my pregnant wife behind. Family matters a lot to me, but it was also necessary to be part of the team with an important match coming up against Pakistan. Since the family is there to take care of her even they felt that I should play as that’s more important and I decided to do the same.”

Jadeja got married last year in April. The baby was born today, she has not been named as yet but we hope she brings luck to Jadeja.
