India take on South Africa in a virtual quarter final. The best of the world go head to head against each other, AB de Villiers and Virat Kohli, the captains of both teams. Both the players and the teams will be excessively competitive on the field. Both teams were seen taking to the ground for practice, both teams had a different sort of a session. The South Africans, the likes of JP Duminy and their captain ABD were played soccer probably with a volleyball which is lighter in weight, they were heading the ball, kicking it just getting their bodies lose ahead of the game.

It seems the world number 1 team and the South Africans are desperate to lift a ICC crown, something that has been devoid. This time it seems they have the right team going into the tournament.
India on the other hand took to the nets, Virat Kohli was seen giving importance to playing the ball outside the off stump, something that led to his downfall the other day. Virat was also seen doing push-ups. Even the Indians did some volleyball warm-ups something that the South Africans also did.
