Ajinkya Rahane and others wish happy birthday as Mohammed Shami turns 27!

Shami made his first-class debut in 2010 against Assam, picking up three wickets. Soon in the next year, he was signed by the Kolkata Knight Riders

Indian pacer Mohammad Shami ticks another year and turns 27. He has been in superlative form in Sri Lanka, getting India the early breakthroughs. On 3rd September India takes on Sri Lanka for the fifth One Day International and Virat Kohli-led team India would like to whitewash the hosts in the limited overs format as well. They whitewashed the hosts in the whites and are already 4-0 up, with the last ODI to be played. For Sri Lanka, it has been a woeful run, as they have also missed the automatic qualifications for the 2019 cricket World Cup. Now they are at the cusp of yet another embarrassment in the hands of the team, which has not put a foot wrong since they landed in Sri Lanka.

Shami made his first-class debut in 2010 against Assam, picking up three wickets. Soon in the next year, he was signed by the Kolkata Knight Riders. Two years later, he was drafted into the Indian cricket team and since then has only improved and grown as a cricketer.

But as Mohammad Shami ticks another year, his teammates and friends and also athletes from different spectrum joined the bandwagon in wishing the Bengal pacer a very happy birthday.

We at inUth.com wish the speedster many more five wicket hauls and hat tricks as well. Happy, 27!
