The speculations of Kohli moving in with his girlfriend and Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma made rounds when he bought a luxurious sky bungalow for Rs. 34 crore. As per Economic Times‘ report, Kohli’s bungalow is built in 7,171 square feet. The sea-view apartment is on the 35th floor of reality developer Omkar Realtors & Developers’ residential project Omkar 1973. Kohli has customised his bare-shell open sky bungalow according to his specifications.
Yuvraj Singh
The Tower C where Kohli has bought an apartment is one of the luxurious of the lot in the project. Veteran player Yuvraj Singh has bought an apartment with a similar layout on the 29th floor. Though his apartment measures over twice the area of Kohli’s apartment. The left-hander bought it for Rs 60 crore in 2013 as per Mid-day reports. The southpaw’s apartment is built in an area of 16,000 square feet.
Rohit Sharma
The Indian opener Rohit Sharma who grew up in Borivali and belonged to a lower-middle class family. He rose to fame with his distinct style of play and made a name for himself. Rohit moved to the sea-side view four-bedroom apartment. The Mumbai Indians’ three-times IPL-winning skipper bought the 30 crore apartment on the 29th floor of Ahuja Towers.
Sachin Tendulkar
The legendary Indian opener lives in a 6,000 square feet villa at Bandra West. Tendulkar bought the space for the villa in 2007 priced at a whopping 39 crore at that time. The villa is a fortress with big walls and fencing and CCTV surveillance. The maestro shifted to his villa in 2011 after leaving his previous bungalow allotted to him under sports quota.
