IPL 2018 Final: MS Dhoni Trolls Sanjay Manjrekar For Causing Confusion During Toss — Watch

IPL 2018 Final, CSK vs SRH: The most-awaited final started on a lighter note as Sanjay Manjrekar forgot who flipped the coin

Chennai Super Kings’ (CSK) Mahendra Singh Dhoni struggled to control his laughter during the coin toss during Indian Premier League (IPL) 2018 final against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH). MS Dhoni flipped the coin and SRH skipper Kane Williamson called ‘tails’ which is usually the drill during the toss. Former Indian cricketer Sanjay Manjrekar seemed to be confused after the toss was flipped as he kept asking Dhoni about who called tails instead of Williamson.

Dhoni could not stop laughing as Manjrekar got a little nervous during the coin toss. At last, the CSK skipper told him that he did not call anything, it was Williamson who called tails and lost the toss. Williamson too shared a laugh with Dhoni after a confusing coin toss.

Here’s the video of the incident —

Dhoni chose to bowl first as CSK have been doing well throughout the tournament while chasing a target which is vice versa for SRH. If CSK manage to beat SRH in the final, they will do it for the fourth time in the tournament. It will be a record as no team has beaten a side more than three times in a single IPL season.

This is not the first time Dhoni was left in splits during a toss this season. Delhi Daredevils (DD) new skipper Shreyas Iyer flipped the coin far away from the pitch which got Dhoni laughing during the toss in a league encounter.
