Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) have had a mixed start in Indian Premier League (IPL) 2018. Rajasthan Royals (RR) have done reasonably well playing in home conditions after an ordinary performance in their first match. KKR are currently placed second on the points table with their high Net Run Rate (NRR) whereas RR are 5th owing to their negative NRR.
We ran a poll on our Facebook page to know which team is more favoured to win the match. According to fans, KKR are just marginally ahead of RR.

Once again, RR have ignored all-rounder Stuart Binny and went ahead with Krishnappa Gowtham and Shreyas Gopal. They did not make way for Big Bash League (BBL) sensation and Rs 7.2 crore-recruit Jofra Archer in the playing XI. They have once again relied on their top order to deliver, especially Sanju Samson who is in the contention to snatch the orange cap from Virat Kohli.
On the other hand, KKR have not made a single change in their side. Andre Russell has hit a purple patch this season and his services will be essential to make an impact in the game. Also, RR have not lost a single game out of the 9 games they have played at Sawai Mansingh Stadium and will be looking to maintain their record.
