Sunrisers Hyderabad takes on Rajasthan Royals in their season opener at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, minus David Warner and Steve Smith. It will be the Match 4 of Indian Premier League Season 11. The first two days infused a great energy into IPL — be it Sunil Narine’s 17-ball 50, KL Rahul’s 14-ball 50 or be it Dwayne Bravo’s match-winning 68 off 30 balls. As expected, this IPL season is challenging a lot of records and creating new ones.

But such record-breaking innings have piqued the interest of two cricketing brothers — Yusuf Pathan and Irfan Pathan. Recently, we got to see some audacity from younger brother Irfan who challenged his elder brother to go past KL Rahul’s IPL record of 14-ball 50. Irfan wants Yusuf to better Rahul’s record and hit a half-century in 13 balls. It is impossible, but not out of Yusuf’s reach. Yusuf is an ex-Royals player, who hit a century in the inaugural season of IPL.
Irfan Pathan took to Twitter and wrote:
KL Rahul outstanding innings. Fastest 50 in the ipl @iamyusufpathan bro let’s try for 13 balls now ?

To this, Yusuf responded:
Tere liye 13-ball me bhi 50 bana neka try karenge Insha Allah bhai and well played @klrahul11 . Also, it’s lovely to hear you in the commentary box @IrfanPathan hope you’re enjoying the new role. @IPL https://t.co/SclybmZbt1

So it is clear, Pathan Sr will go for it in all probability. If he walks the talk, Match 4 could prove to be doomsday for Rajasthan Royals.
