With just 2 more days to go for the Indian Premier League (IPL 11) auctions, the buzz for the cash-rich tournament has started among the fans across the globe. In all, 578 players will go under the hammer during this year’s auctions scheduled to be held in Bengaluru on January 27, 28.
This year’s IPL would also be interesting as two teams, Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals, are making a comeback into the tournament after facing two-year ban following the spot-fixing scandal.
Cricket players from all over the world have enrolled themselves for this year’s auction. Ahead of the IPL 11 auctions, many franchises, including Mumbai Indians, Kolkata Knight Riders among others, have sent their star players into the auction pool and retained a few.
